Mrs. Lola O. Warren wrote to Congressman Carl Albert inquiring about payment for the sale of coal lands owned by Choctaws and Chickasaws to the government. Congressman Albert informed her that the share of a deceased member will be paid to their heirs, and suggested she contact the Superintendent of the Five Civilized Tribes Agency in Muskogee, Oklahoma to request heirship notices. Mrs. Warren also inquired about payment for her unmarried aunt and childless uncle, and asked if they would be entitled to payment as well.
