Scope and Contents

The City Bus Company in Oklahoma City sent a letter to Senator Mike Monroney stating that the complaints about sonic booms in the city are exaggerated and unnecessary. They compare the situation to when they switched from street cars to buses and received complaints, but did not give in to the complaints and now have a modern transit system. They believe that progress sometimes disrupts peace and tranquility, but it is important to keep moving forward.
