Scope and Contents

The letter from Senator Robert Kerr informs Mr. Jamie L. Reigh that the Congress has not rejected any appropriation for the Space Program, and that funds have been authorized for the Space Agency for the coming fiscal year. Senator Kerr also thanks Mr. Reigh for his comments on his activities in the Space Program and sends him a copy of the Senate Space Committee Report. Mr. Reigh's initial letter to Senator Kerr expressed disappointment that a bill to provide more funding for the Space Program did not pass, and requested more information on the progress in outer space exploration.
