Dates
- June 30, 1974
- 93rd (1973-1975)
Scope and Contents
The Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare is responding to a letter from Senator Bartlett regarding the eligibility status of Seminole Junior College to participate in a federal education program. The College is currently not eligible for the program due to a five-year provision, but efforts are being made to waive this requirement for institutions serving a substantial Indian population. The College's application is being carefully considered, and grants for Fiscal Year 1974 will be announced by June 30, 1974.
