Dosel Realty Agency in Miami, Oklahoma, informs Mr. Harold Kesler that there is no record of land being allocated to Charles Nitzschke or Chi-Cin-Noha. The agency also states that the Miami Indians of Oklahoma do not own any land in a restricted status in Oklahoma. Additionally, Kiowa Indian Services Inc. requests the tribal chairmen of the Kiowa, Comanche, and Apache tribes to investigate the drug and narcotics situation at Fort Sill Indian School and to address the issue with the Anadarko Area Office. They believe that marijuana is being smoked by students on campus and other drugs may be brought in from outside sources.
