The National Tribal Chairmen's Association is holding its Fourth Annual Convention in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with the theme of "Indian Self-Determination Indian Plank On Tribal Terms". The convention aims to address key issues in Indian programs and develop an Indian plank to present to the Democratic and Republican parties.
