Scope and Contents
The Caddo Indian Tribe of Oklahoma, through a resolution, supports maintaining the Riverside Indian School facility in Anadarko, Oklahoma. They believe the school adequately fulfills the needs of Caddo youth and consolidating it would be detrimental. United States Senator Dewey F. Bartlett acknowledges the resolution and states that there are no current plans to consolidate schools operated by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. He appreciates knowing the tribe's position on the matter.
