Scope and Contents
The Principal Chief of the Cherokee Nation, Ross Swimmer, is disappointed that the Tribe's Consumer Education proposal was rejected by HEW evaluators. He finds the reasons for rejection questionable and believes the information provided by HEW will be helpful for future applications. He expresses his support for the Office of Consumer Education and asks for continued support from Senator Dewey Bartlett.
