Chilocco students in Oklahoma deny allegations of brutality by staff members, with some students acknowledging the use of restraints on unruly students. Bureau of Indian Affairs investigators found evidence of brutality, including handcuffing, but students and officials at the school deny widespread abuse. Students are protesting the dismissal of a school counselor.
