Scope and Contents Contains materials related to grants awarded by the DOE to Oklahoma and organizations in Synar's district. These materials were originally stored in one folder with copies of grants from other agencies. An archivist separated and arranged the materials into multiple folders for easier access. Synar's office retained copies of these documents to generate press releases.
