Scope and Contents Contains materials related to the recipients of monetary awards from the Emergency Food and Shelter Program for Winter 1983-1984. These materials were originally stored in one folder with copies of grants from other agencies titled Grants: 1984. An archivist separated and arranged the materials into multiple folders for easier access. Synar's office retained copies of these documents to generate press releases.
