Scope and Contents Contains materials related to grants for airport improvement from the Department of Transportation in Oklahoma. These materials were originally stored in one folder with copies of grants from other agencies titled Grants: 1984. An archivist separated and arranged the materials into multiple folders for easier access. Synar's office retained copies of these documents to generate press releases.
