Scope and Contents Contains handwritten notes regarding grants from the DOT and the Tulsa Transit Authority. These materials were originally stored in one folder with copies of grants from other agencies. An archivist separated and arranged the materials into multiple folders for easier access. Synar's office retained copies of these documents to generate press releases.
