Scope and Contents Contains copies of notices of financial assistance awarded from various administrations, including the Administration for Native Americans, within the Department of Health and Human Services. These materials were originally stored in one folder with copies of grants from other agencies. An archivist separated and arranged the materials into multiple folders for easier access. Synar's office retained copies of these documents to generate press releases.
