Scope and Contents Contains a copy of notification of a Community Development Block Grant given to the city of Eufaula by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. These materials were originally stored in one folder with copies of grants from other counties titled Grants, Second District. An archivist separated and arranged the materials into multiple folders for easier access. Synar's office retained copies of these documents to generate press releases.
