Scope and Contents Contains notification of a Community Development Block Grant received by the city of Vinita from the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. These materials were originally stored in one folder with copies of grants from other counties titled Grants, Second District. An archivist separated and arranged the materials into multiple folders for easier access. Synar's office retained copies of these documents to generate press releases.
