The first map depicts the locations of road projects, which are enumerated and detailed on the reverse with the title of the leaflet. The second map is titled, "Oklahoma Highway Program: Location of Completed Projects." This map of completed projects highlights all of the completed highway projects from January 1943 to October 1946 in red.
