Scope and Contents This folder is primarily composed of correspondence and financial reports by the Oklahoma Chapter of the Sierra Club . There are also Chapter bylaws (Sept. 11, 1982), officer lists, and Sierra Club brochures. Marvin Baker (the chair of the Oklahoma Chapter), John Rapp, and David Martinez are among the significant correspondents. A letter from David Boren can also be found in the folder.
