Folder contains correspondence and memos concerning the flat tax web page. There is also a bumper sticker for the flat tax. Folder also includes a group of e-mail letters all sent to TaxCutNow from January 1999. These letters all had Richard Diamond's name on the top. Diamond oversaw Richard K. Armey's web pages.
