Responding to Delaney's letter of Sept. 27, 1944, noting the number of advanced orders of Murray's Memoirs makes it likely the work will meet its required, advanced costs for publication. To that end, Puterbaugh recoomends that Delaney send his check for the Memoirs either to Murray or him.
