Truman's, Secretary of the Interior (1933 - 1946). The second page includes a handwritten note by Williams to Murray: "Dear Governor[?], It is great sport for me to poke fun at New Dealers--serves no purpose I guess but I get it out of my system. Yours sincerely [?] TB Williams."
