A well-known orator, Lee’s speeches are the highlight of the collection.

Scope and Contents These speeches were printed in the Congressional Record. They are printed on the same sheet. The first speech is concerned with high interest rates, thus causing farmers to lose farms. The second speech notes that bonds are for profiteers who try to make people believe there is a money crisis. Advocates "issuance of new money" to pay for bonds.
