Scope and Contents Contains four grant applications awarded to various Indian tribes in Oklahoma from the Indian Health Service of the Health Resources and Services Administration of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, Public Health Service. These materials were originally stored in one folder, titled Grants: 1985, with copies of grants from other agencies. An archivist separated and arranged the materials into multiple folders for easier access.
