Scope and Contents Contains a sheet of handwritten notes about a contract award from the Department of the Army for the construction of two housing units at Whiteman Air Force Base which will each hold 250 unaccompanied, enlisted men. These materials were originally stored in one folder, titled Grants: 1985, with copies of grants from other agencies. An archivist separated and arranged the materials into multiple folders for easier access.
