These materials were originally filed with items related to the Strategic Petroleum Reserve and the Energy Policy and Conservation Act Amendments (H.R. 4752) but were placed in separate folders by the archivist. These materials were handled by Dave Berick in relation to the Committee on Government Operations' Subcommittee on Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources.
