Scope and Contents Contains various materials pertaining to the Pesticide Export Reform Act (H.R. 4219), on the export of illegal or unregistered pesticides produced in the United States, but banned from use in the U.S., but which were sold for use in foreign markets and then food grown with the pesticides are then imported back into U.S. markets. This is referred to in the materials as the "Circle of Poison."
