Materials include candidate research files, event planning files, convention files, voter registration and research files, ephemera and many oversize vote statistics. The greatest part of this series is the candidate research files and information on county offices and precincts, their demographics, and voter engagement. Also of note are the typed transcripts of the Oklahoma Republican State Convention from 1956 to 1976. The series has been arranged similarly to the arrangement of the rest of the collection. All folders have been arranged alphabetically, then chronologically. The exception to this rule is any material that was found and processed after arrangement took place. All oversized vote statistics and registration lists were given their own boxes and records.
