Transcript
Kind of Carnival atmosphere of a political campaign. There is usually a quest. It's what makes people sit in stuffy auditoriums come out to airports and stand in Endless lines. People come to see the candidates with questions and their mines questions and sometimes the beginnings of an answer. One of the most rewarding things about a campaign is the chance to get out and see the people. It's a chance to talk. I don't mean speeches I do that all year but in the campaign I can really talk with people and I get a chance to Listened to them and to hear what they're thinking. And feeling what you hear from people in our cities today is a concern about the quality of life. The quality of their buildings their streets their homes and schools even the quality of the water. They drink in the air they breathe. But we found that the general feeling around the neighborhood over the past couple of years is far more accepting of new ideas. And then people are willing to accept these changes and find that the world that they were born in is not the world that they're going to die. I sense that I it's there in black neighborhoods to The people here care
