TRANSCRIPT: I believe that when something is taxed you get less of it. That's just common sense. We're taxing work savings and investment as never before. So we have less work less savings and less investment. I didn't agree with President Kennedy on most things but when he cut taxes everyone gain from an expanding fully employed economy even the government. If I'm elected we'll do it again. The time is now for strong leadership Reagan for president.
