TRANSCRIPTION: Our hopes for tomorrow depend on holding the arms race but the race goes on one side builds a system and then the other matches it. Now we're on the brink of a new escalation. If we put weapons in space human beings May no longer control. Our destiny computers could make Humanity's ultimate decision but we can stop this as president. I will work to end the arms race on Earth and never let it begin in the heavens.
