TRANSCRIPTION: I believe the most important issue facing America is peace. George Bush is the only candidate that spent eight years working to rebuild our Armed Forces at home and our reputation abroad. He's helped put us into a position to negotiate from strength. And now we have the first arms agreement. That actually reduces the number of nuclear warheads. We have the momentum. I really don't believe we want to risk having it all fall apart. That's why we need George Bush more than ever.
