Summary: Frank Keating was a leader in the FBI's undercover operations in Oklahoma, and also served as a Tulsa County prosecutor and Republican leader in the Oklahoma State Senate. He was known for his fight to provide fair property taxes for senior citizens, as well as his work to reform the auto tag system and impose stiffer prison terms on criminals. Keating was also the first US attorney appointed by President Reagan, and he formed the nation's first narcotics task force in Oklahoma – a model that would be followed by law enforcement across the country.
