Response from Mr. Keller, Thanking Mr. Jones for His Willingness to Help and Emphasizing The Importance of Expanding Coverage to As Many Homes As Possible.

The text consists of two letters exchanged between Mr. Phillip J. Keller, Vice President-General Manager of KOTV, and James R. Jones, a Member of Congress. Mr. Keller thanks Mr. Jones for his recent letter on the issue of scrambling pay programming for dish owners.
