Mr. Wilhoite wrote to Congressman James R. Jones expressing his opposition to a proposed tax increase by the White House, believing it to be unnecessary and ineffective in combating inflation. He suggests cutting government spending instead and expresses his frustration with the current economic policies. Congressman Jones agrees with Mr. Wilhoite's views and thanks him for sharing his thoughts on the matter.
