Congressional Internship Consideration and a Life Turned Around by Karate: A Series of Letters, 1976-12-04
Tom Nimstead received a letter from James R. Jones, a member of Congress, thanking him for his note and congratulating him on his current activities. Jones informed Nimstead that summer interns will be selected in late February or March, and Nimstead will be considered. The letter also discussed the benefits of karate in achieving mental stability and self-confidence. Nimstead expressed his gratitude and shared his personal experience with karate in improving his life.
