Mrs. Roy G. Pierce requested a copy of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 from Congressman James R. Jones. Jones acknowledged the request in a letter dated November 11, 1974, stating that they do not have a copy of the Public Law but enclosed a detailed analysis of the Act. Jones offered to obtain a copy of the Public Law if needed and offered further assistance if required.
