Correspondence Regarding Infrastructure Concerns in Sunrise Estates/Swanlake Subdivision, 1979-11-12
Leo Woodall, President of Sunrise Estates/Swanlake Sub-division Homeowners Association, wrote to County Commissioner Rufus Young expressing concern about the poor condition of streets in their area. Woodall requested aggressive repair and construction programs for the streets and asked for assistance from elected officials to help Commissioner Young accomplish this. Congressman James R. Jones forwarded Woodall's letter to Congressman Mike Synar, as the area in question did not fall under Jones' jurisdiction.
