James R. Jones, a Member of Congress, thanks Mr. Rod Sherwin for attending a meeting on drug abuse in the military. Jones has been studying information gathered during a trip to Europe to review NATO troops and is working on a program to address the issue. He plans to recommend a maximum overseas tour of duty for military personnel without family to help reduce drug problems. Jones offers his assistance to Mr. Sherwin if needed.
