Appreciation and Update Letter to Mr. Moore Regarding Drug Abuse in the Military, 1974-04-01

James R. Jones thanks Mr. Bryce Moore for attending a meeting on drug abuse in the military on February 28. He discusses his efforts to address the issue, including recommendations for the Department of Defense based on information gathered during a trip to Europe. One recommendation is to limit overseas tour of duty for military personnel without family to 18 months. Jones offers his assistance to Mr. Moore if needed.
