Mr. and Mrs. Heaton visited the office to seek help for their son who was in jail in Virginia Beach for possession of narcotics. After speaking with the son's attorney and a Navy liaison officer, it was determined that the son would be given an administrative discharge from the Navy. The Heatons were advised to travel to Virginia Beach to speak with their son and his attorney to determine if any further action was necessary. Contact information for the jail, attorney, and commanding officer was provided for the Heatons. No further action was required from the office.
