Correspondence Regarding Unsuccessful Loan Placement for Butler and Hall, 1972-01-26

Mr. James R. Jones informs Mr. Otis Eversole that he has been unsuccessful in placing the two loans Eversole sent him. Jones expresses his regret and hopes for more success in the future. Eversole had sent information about Clyde Butler and Dennis Hall's loan application for a motel construction project in Tulsa, including the amount needed, location, and insurance premium details. Eversole requests Jones to proceed with the loan and informs him about the loan term preference of 15 to 20 years.
