Loan Rejection for West Tulsa Motel Project, 1972-02-18

James R. Jones informs Mr. Otis Eversole that Home Federal Savings and Loan is not interested in financing the motel in West Tulsa due to reasons such as the location not being conducive to successful operations, the small size of the venture, and the lack of other facilities to ensure commercial success. Jones will return the papers to Eversole once he receives them back.
