Mr. Carlos Ellis contacted Congressman James R. Jones to offer a proposal to solve the starvation problem in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh by using surplus cattle from the U.S. However, Congressman Jones states that the priority is saving the cattle business in the U.S. and ensuring a surplus of food for future assistance to the rest of the world. Congressman Jones appreciates Mr. Ellis' suggestion and will give it further consideration.
