Mr. Ellis wrote a letter to Congressman James R. Jones, suggesting ways to help utility companies and improve the economy in Oklahoma. He proposed tax-free dividends, issuing stock, and using coal to make gas. He also suggested educational programs to promote conservation and reading. Congressman Jones' assistant thanked Mr. Ellis for his letter and promised to review his suggestions.
