Student Letter to Congressman Jones with Suggestions for Energy Conservation, 1973-04-12

A student at Skelly Jr. High School has written a letter to James R. Jones with suggestions on how to address the energy crisis. The suggestions include turning off electrical appliances when not in use, walking or riding bicycles to reduce air pollution, driving cars with high gas mileage, closing curtains and windows to save energy, and encouraging research on new energy sources like nuclear and solar power. The student hopes that Jones will consider these suggestions.
