There is a matter of professional jealousy. Also included is the warning about Flinn going to Washington to frame up McGuire, Dick, and Norris for him to run for the next Governorship. Oliver C. Black, has an office next to porter's and he (Black) read me the letter that Black sent to Dick Ballinger-Pinchot matter.
