Encloses a check Murray can fill in for the correct amount. For her free book, she asks for "Pocahontas and Pushmataha," or "The Presidency, Supreme Court and Seven Senators."

Notes he and Murray belong to "a former generation before this old world started to hell in a hand basket," but gives Murray further encouragement [presumably concerning the Memoirs getting published]. Hutchins includes his address on the back of the page.
